Home Care services include:
assistance with self-administered medications
personal care (i.e., assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and feedinghomemaking (i.e., household tasks, housekeeping, shopping, meal planning and preparation, and transportation)companionshipother non-skilled services.

Home Care is an option for those individuals that:

Suffer from illness or chronic pain
